Leo has started to become a little bit of a ‘fussy eater’, so I started googling fun food ideas for toddlers that were also really good for them.
I came across a load of different muffin recipes that were jam packed with veggies and decided I’d make something from his favourite fruit, blueberries!
We hope you love them as much as we do!
Before I became a mum, I would always make bold statements about the type of parent I wanted to be. But one thing I should never have said is “I won’t let my child do that”.
It’s quite easy to make assumptions of the type of parent you will be when you don’t have a child, but once you become a mum or dad you soon realise that ‘perfect parenting’ doesn’t exist.
A year ago today Dylan came home with a cardboard box and huge grin on his face.
Inside that box was (what I thought) the sweetest and shyest bundle of fur I’ve ever seen. Fast forward to today, we have a huge furry baby who LOVES cuddles and attention.
This week myself and Dylan travelled to Poland for a city break.

On a typical Sunday we usually have family time or spend the day relaxing at home. Our family trips usually involve seeing farmland animals, but today was a little different and instead, we picnicked with the dinosaurs.
This recipe is actually a little misleading, while it does involve baking chocolate chip brownies (which I absolutely love), I added a little twist to make the brownies a little healthier, without the taste changing!
It’s perfect for sneaking in an extra veggie into your childs day, or even your own!
So how does courgette choc chip brownies sound? Not the best probably, but I promise that you’ll love them just as much as me and Leo do!
I’ve been looking at easy recipes for meals that are healthy, as we are in serious need of a diet change. I’ve been debating trying the courgette spaghetti for awhile now and I don’t even know why I put it off because it is an amazing pasta substitute!
Check out this yummy plant-based, QUICK and EASY recipe that is perfect for busy mums and students!
Last years Bank Holiday weekend was a lot different to this years as Leo was only two months old. Since the weather was so good this weekend, we took Leo to the seaside on Saturday and then spent Monday in Sheffield at Endcliffe Park.
